On the Home screen you will find the Data AI Agent: you type a question about your business in natural language and it answers with real figures from your company.
The agent queries your data in read-only mode: it does not create, modify or delete information. Every figure it mentions comes from a real query to your branch; the agent does not make up numbers.

Type the question in the agent box

For example: how much did I sell this month? You can also click one of the suggested questions.

Read the answer

The answer appears as it is generated, with the figures and a brief analysis.

Keep asking

You can ask follow-up questions in the same conversation: and compared to last month?

Dates

You can use natural expressions: today, yesterday, this week, last month, in March, the last 90 days. If you do not specify a period, the agent uses the last 30 days.

Scope

  • It answers about the active branch. To see another branch, change it in the top bar.
  • It only answers questions about the business data. For questions about how to use the system, use the AI Help Assistant.
  • It is available when artificial intelligence is enabled in the business’s plan.
