The Business intelligence (BI) module brings together, on a single screen, the analysis of sales, purchases, accounts receivable and payable, and inventory. A single set of filters updates all the analyses at once, and the data refreshes as soon as a sale is recorded.
All BI amounts are shown in the company’s base currency. See Multi-currency.

Shared filters

The filter bar is pinned at the top and applies to all tabs. Active filters appear as tags that can be removed one by one, and Clear all resets them. On small screens, advanced filters open in a bottom panel with the Filters button. Some notices that BI may show:
  • These filters do not apply to this analysis: a filter that has no effect on that chart is explicitly indicated.
  • With category or product filters, sales are calculated per line and without taxes.
  • Only X % of sales have a known cost: the margin and profit may be overstated.

Tabs

Sales

Sales indicators (net sales, documents, average ticket, taxes, discounts, profit and margin, active and new customers, credit sales, among others), evolution over time with automatic granularity, by hour, day, week or month, breakdown by category, product, customer, payment method, document type, status, city, salesperson, day of the week or hour, a day-and-hour heat map and ABC analysis of products (Pareto).

Purchases

Purchase indicators (net purchases, documents, taxes, average purchase, active suppliers and credit purchases) and purchase breakdown.

Accounts receivable and payable

With a selector to switch between Accounts receivable and Accounts payable: balances to date, overdue amount, aging of balances and top debtors or creditors.

Inventory

Valuation, out-of-stock products, low-stock and no-movement products, turnover, coverage and products at risk with their reason.
ABC analysis classifies products into categories A, B and C according to the Pareto principle (80/20) and identifies which products generate 80 % of sales. The heat map shows which days of the week and hours concentrate the most sales, useful for planning shifts and promotions.

Export and refresh

  • Export generates the sales report in PDF or Excel with the selected period and filters.
  • The refresh button queries the data again.

BI AI Assistant

The Assistant button opens a side panel (full screen on mobile) that works on what you are viewing: it uses the same period and the same filters.
1

Summarize this view

Generates a summary with a headline, key points, risks (with their severity) and opportunities. Regenerate recalculates it; if you change the filters, the panel warns that the summary no longer matches.
2

Choose a suggested question or write your own

For example: what changed the most compared with the previous period? Which products or customers concentrate sales? Where are the risks in collections or inventory?
3

Read the answer

The assistant queries your data in real time (sales, purchases, accounts receivable and payable, inventory, period comparison) and answers with real figures. Below each answer, Based on appears with the analyses consulted, and you can copy it.
The line at the bottom of the summary indicates the data as of the time of the query, the period and the number of filters applied. Each question counts toward your daily limit of questions; the panel shows how many you have left. Enter sends, Shift + Enter adds a line and Esc closes.
The assistant is read-only: it does not modify data. If the service is not enabled for your business or you reached the daily limit, the panel says so.
