Aguinaldo policies
In Human Resources → Aguinaldo Policies you define the days of salary owed according to years of service (Art. 198 of El Salvador’s Labor Code).

Generate the year’s aguinaldos

Go to Human Resources → Aguinaldos and select the year

Click Generate Aguinaldos
For each active employee, the following is calculated: years of service, days according to the policy, and amount (days × daily salary).

Review and adjust the Final Amount if necessary

Mark each aguinaldo as paid when you disburse it
The proportional aguinaldo of an employee who leaves the company is calculated in their final settlement (finiquito).
