The Dashboard is the main screen that appears when you sign in to the system. It shows a real-time summary of the financial and operational state of the active branch.
At the top of Home is the AI Data Agent: ask it in natural language about your sales, customers, inventory, purchases or accounts receivable and payable.

Indicators you can turn on:

Earnings

The Earnings after taxes and Net earnings indicators come turned off; turn them on from Customize. They are an estimate for the current month with VAT (IVA) excluded:
  • Earnings after taxes = sales − sales taxes (credit notes subtract and debit notes add).
  • Net earnings = sales without VAT − purchases without VAT (plus non-recoverable taxes such as FOVIAL/COTRANS) − cash outflows with no associated purchase − the month’s payrolls.
They do not include cost of sales from inventory, depreciation or income tax. The panel shows where the view you are using comes from: Custom view, Business default or Standard view. Reset returns to the default configuration. Administrators also have the Save as business default button: the selection will be seen by all users who haven’t customized their own view.

Quick access

Clicking the AR or AP cards navigates directly to the corresponding module to manage pending collections and payments. The search box in the top bar finds any record from any screen: customers, products, suppliers, invoices, purchases, bank movements, journal entries, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Type a name, document number, code or amount, move through the results with the ↑ ↓ arrows, open the result with Enter or close with Esc.
