# Subscription

> Active plan status, payment history, and submission of payment receipts

The subscription section shows the status of the contracted plan and lets you manage payments to keep access active.

## Subscription statuses

| Status | Description |
| - | - |
| **Active** | Current plan with full access. |
| **Pending** | In the process of activation or verification. |
| **Suspended** | Access restricted due to non-payment. |
| **Expired** | The contracted period has ended. |
| **Canceled** | The subscription was terminated. |

> If the subscription is suspended or expired, access to the modules is blocked until the payment is settled. You can only access this screen to submit the receipt.

## View the current status

The screen shows:

* Active plan (Monthly or Annual) and amount.
* Days remaining until expiration.
* Alert if 7 days or fewer remain.
* History of issued invoices.
* History of recorded payments.

## Submit a payment receipt

**1. Click Record Payment or Upload Receipt**

**2. Complete the payment details**

* **Payment method** — bank transfer, credit card, debit card, cash, or other.
* **Amount** paid.
* **Payment date**.
* Payment **Reference** (transaction number, etc.).
* Additional **Notes** (optional).

**3. Attach the receipt**

File in PDF, JPG, or PNG format. Maximum size 5 MB.

**4. Submit**

The payment stays in **Pending Approval** status until the FileXpress team reviews and confirms it. Once approved, access is restored automatically.

## View invoices

From the invoice list you can see the detail of each plan charge. The possible statuses of an invoice are: Pending, Paid, and Overdue.

## Terms of use license

When it applies to your installation, the **License** option in the menu shows the FileXpress terms of use: ownership and license, responsibility for data, warranties and integrations, system maintenance and integrity, term, and legal documents.
