# Support

> Technical information for reporting problems

The **Support** screen gathers the data the FileXpress team needs to handle a report. Include it when you write to [soporte@filexpress.app](mailto:soporte@filexpress.app).

| Section | Data |
| - | - |
| **Company Information** | Company name and ID, billing method and environment (test or production). |
| **Branch Information** | Branch name and ID. |
| **System Information** | Application version, browser, operating system, screen resolution and time zone. |

> The branch ID is the `branch_id` that integrations require. You can also get it with `GET /branches` from the [External API](https://docs.filexpress.app/en/docs/api/introduccion.md#get-the-branches-branch_id).
