# Audit

> System activity log by user, module and date

The audit module records the actions performed in the system for traceability and internal control. It lets you know who did what and when.

## Audited modules

| Module | Recorded actions |
| - | - |
| Sales | Creation and modification of sales documents |
| Expenses / Purchases | Recording and editing of expenses |
| Quotations | Creation and status changes |
| Work Orders | Creation and status transitions |
| Projects | Creation and modifications |
| Employees | Hires, terminations and data changes |
| Products | Catalog creation and editing |

## View the log

**1. Go to System → Audit**

**2. Apply the filters you want**

* **User** — filter by a specific team member.
* **Module** — see only the actions of a particular module.
* **Date range** — by default it shows the last month.

**3. Click Search to load the results**

Results are shown in a timeline with each event, indicating the type of action (creation or other) and the exact date and time.

## Clear filters

Use the Clear button to reset the filters and run a new search.

> The audit log is read-only. The system's activity history cannot be modified or deleted.
