# AI Assistant

> Built-in conversational assistant that guides you through using the system in real time

The artificial intelligence assistant is available at all times from the help icon in the top bar. It answers questions about how the system works and can run navigation actions directly.

## How to use it

**1. Click the help icon in the top bar**

**2. Open the AI Chat tab**

**3. Type the question or action you want in natural language**

For example: "How do I record an advance payment?" or "Take me to new sale"

**4. The assistant responds with instructions or navigates directly to the indicated place**

## Capabilities

> It can navigate to any screen in the system in response to a request ("go to products", "open payrolls").

## Daily limit

Each user has a limit of **25 questions per day**. The counter resets automatically at midnight. The assistant shows the remaining questions before each answer.

## Quick actions

When you receive an answer that includes an action (for example, going to a screen or opening a form), **action buttons** appear below the message so you can run it with one click without navigating manually.

> The assistant has access to the system documentation and answers about specific FileXpress Hub features. It is not designed to answer general questions outside the scope of the system.
