# Home AI Agent

> Ask your data questions in natural language from the home screen

On the **Home** screen you will find the **Data AI Agent**: you type a question about your business in natural language and it answers with real figures from your company.

>
> The agent queries your data in **read-only** mode: it does not create, modify or delete information. Every figure it mentions comes from a real query to your branch; the agent does not make up numbers.

## How to use it

**1. Go to Home**

**2. Type the question in the agent box**

For example: *how much did I sell this month?* You can also click one of the suggested questions.

**3. Read the answer**

The answer appears as it is generated, with the figures and a brief analysis.

**4. Keep asking**

You can ask follow-up questions in the same conversation: *and compared to last month?*

## What it can answer

| Area | Example questions | What it queries |
| - | - | - |
| **Sales** | How are my sales going this month? How much did I sell last week? | Sales summary for the period compared with the previous period: totals, growth and main indicators. |
| **Customers** | Who are my best customers? | Customers who buy the most in the period, with their segment (Champions, Loyal, At risk, etc.). |
| **Product analysis** | Which products generate the most revenue? | ABC analysis (A, B and C products according to their contribution to sales). |
| **Sales behavior** | Which days and hours do I sell the most? | Heat map of sales by day and hour. |
| **Payment method** | How much do I sell on credit vs. cash? | Comparison of credit and cash sales. |
| **Documents** | How many invoices and tax credit invoices did I issue? | Sales by document type (invoice, tax credit invoice, export). |
| **Alerts** | Are there products or areas with low performance? | Low-performing product alerts. |
| **Inventory** | Do I have products with low stock? Which products are about to expire? | Inventory summary, products below the minimum and batches nearing expiration. |
| **Purchases and expenses** | How much did I spend this month? How many purchases do I have to review? | Expense statistics and purchases pending review. |
| **Accounts receivable** | How much do I have pending to collect? | Balance receivable from customers. |
| **Accounts payable** | How much do I have to pay suppliers? | Balance payable to suppliers. |

## Dates

You can use natural expressions: *today*, *yesterday*, *this week*, *last month*, *in March*, *the last 90 days*. If you do not specify a period, the agent uses the **last 30 days**.

## Scope

* It answers about the **active branch**. To see another branch, change it in the top bar.
* It only answers questions about the business data. For questions about how to use the system, use the [AI Help Assistant](https://docs.filexpress.app/en/docs/sistema/asistente-ia.md).
* It is available when artificial intelligence is enabled in the business's plan.
