# Organizational Chart

> Reporting hierarchy between employees

The organizational chart graphically shows who reports to whom within the company.

It is built automatically from the **Direct supervisor** field of each [employee](https://docs.filexpress.app/en/docs/rrhh/empleados.md): each person appears below their supervisor. To modify the organizational chart, edit the direct supervisor on the employee's record.

> [!TIP]
>
> Employees without a direct supervisor appear at the top level. Make sure only management is at that level.
