# Accounting Consolidation

> Combined financial statements for business groups

Consolidation lets you combine the financial statements of several companies in the group into a single report. It is useful for holding companies or businesses that operate with multiple legal entities under the same management.

## Prerequisite

Each company included in the consolidation must have its own **chart of accounts** configured.

## Create a consolidation

**1. Go to Accounting → Consolidation → New Consolidation**

**2. Give the consolidation a descriptive name (e.g., Business Group 2025)**

**3. Select the group companies to include**

**4. Save**

The system combines the financial statements of all the selected companies.

## View consolidated results

Open the consolidation to see the combined financial indicators of all the included companies.
