# Statistics, Chat and Settings

> Business indicators, chat with your data and app settings

## Statistics

**More → Statistics** shows the indicators for the selected period:

| Indicator | Content |
| - | - |
| **Sales and transactions** | Total sold and number of sales. |
| **Profit and margin** | Profit over the cost of goods sold. |
| **Daily sales** | Day-by-day chart. |
| **Top-selling products** | Product ranking. |
| **Top customers** | Customers with the most purchases. |
| **Payment methods** | Breakdown by payment method. |
| **Document types** | Consumer invoice, tax credit invoice and export invoice. |

## Chat

**More → Chat** is the [AI data agent](https://docs.filexpress.app/en/docs/sistema/agente-ia.md) on your phone: ask it in natural language about your sales, customers, accounts receivable and payable or inventory. For example: *how much did I sell this month?*

## Settings

| Setting | Description |
| - | - |
| **Default printer** | Bluetooth thermal printer for tickets and cash register closings. It can be removed or changed. |
| **Print test** | Prints a sample ticket to validate the printer. |
| **Catalog view** | Grid or list at the point of sale. |

## Company settings

Administrators can adjust some company details from the app, such as the email address used to send invoices (FileXpress's or your own with SSL/TLS), the invoice blind carbon copy (BCC), the document style and the electronic invoicing mode (online or contingency). They can also create branches.

> Turning on **contingency** mode changes how DTEs are transmitted to the Ministry of Finance (Hacienda). Use it only when there is a communication failure and following the contingency procedure.
