# Customers, Products and Quotations

> Manage customers, catalog and quotations from the app

## Customers

In **Customers** you can search, create, edit and delete customers with the same data as on the web: type (individual, legal entity or final consumer), document (DUI, NIT, passport, resident card or other), NRC, economic activity, address (country, department and municipality), email, company size, VAT-exempt (VAT (IVA)), public institution and 1% withholding.

The **customer profile** shows:

| Tab | Content |
| - | - |
| **Invoices** | Documents issued to the customer, including credit and debit notes. |
| **Accounts** | Accounts receivable and payable. |
| **Advances** | Advances received and given. |

## Products

In **Products** you can browse and manage the catalog:

* **Search** by name or code, with category and price range filters.
* **Create or edit** a product: name, SKU, barcode (you can **scan** it), category, unit of measure, price, type (physical, service or both) and VAT treatment (taxable, exempt or non-subject).
* **Delete** products.

**More → Search product** quickly checks a product's stock by name or barcode.

## Quotations

**1. Go to More → Quotations → New quotation**

**2. Select the customer and add the products**

**3. Set the date, validity days, terms and notes**

**4. Save as a draft or send it to the customer now**
